I’m the person behind Online Cottage Collective — a single mum who knew there had to be more to life than working non-stop just to get by.

If I’m being honest, I’d rather be outside in my garden, with my animals, living a slower, more intentional life, spending more time with my family… not stuck in a Monday to Friday 9–5 feeling exhausted and still worrying about money.

And that’s exactly why I created this.

Why I Created Online Cottage Collective

I got to a point where something just didn’t feel right.

Doing everything “the right way” — working hard, showing up, pushing through — but still feeling stretched, overwhelmed, and like I was constantly chasing time and money.

I didn’t want my life to look like that long term.

I wanted:

• More time at home
• More freedom in my days
• A way to earn money that actually fit around my life

So I started looking into online income.

Not because I had a perfect plan…
but because I knew I couldn’t stay where I was.

Online Cottage Collective came from that place —
figuring things out as I go, and creating something better along the way.
